Heimlich Menudo (voiced by Kenneth Mars) is a leopard criminal featured in the episode "Vowel Play", and who is absolutely obsessed with diamonds, to the point that he practically worships them and even has diamonds for teeth. And he is also known as hard-working, efficient, ill-tempered, mean, level-headed, instructive, calm, honorable, menacing, emotionless, negative, ungenerous, determined and obstinate.
