Gibber (voiced by Chuck McCann) is a member of the Air Pirates who is often featured.
Appearance[]
He's rather short, dressed in a brown flightcap, a patched yellow jacket, and a reddish orange sweater.
Personality[]
He only talks by whispering or mumbling into someone's ear so that no one else can really understand what he is saying.
He acts as an advisor of sorts to Don Karnage, and seems to be smarter than most of the crew, though that is a low bar to clear. He doesn't always approve of Don Karnage's plan, but can't do anything about it.
